Gaming Streamer Branding & Graphics
Overview
This involved creating a cohesive branding and graphics package for a gaming streamer, including visual identity elements, stream overlays, panels, and promotional graphics. The goal was to design a clean, modern, and visually engaging look that reflected the streamer’s personality while maintaining clarity and usability across platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
Objectives
Develop a visual identity that feels professional, recognizable, and unique to the streamer
Create on-screen assets that enhance the viewing experience without distracting from gameplay
Maintain a consistent color palette, typography system, and graphic style across all elements
Produce graphics optimized for Twitch overlays, About panels, alerts, and social promotion
Role & Responsibilities
Designed the full branding system, including logos, color palettes, and supporting visuals
Created custom stream overlays (webcam frame, gameplay frame, chat box, etc.)
Designed panels for the About section (Schedule, Rules, Socials, Donate, FAQ, etc.)
Built social media graphics for stream announcements and updates
Ensured all assets maintained consistent style, spacing, and hierarchy
Delivered files optimized for streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs)
Design Approach
I focused on building a visual system that balanced personality and readability.
Key design considerations included:
Typography: Clean, bold typefaces for quick legibility on-screen
Color Palette: A cohesive set of tones that aligned with the streamer’s preferred aesthetic while maintaining contrast
Layout: Organized spacing and structure for overlays to prevent clutter
Visual Style: Creative but minimal, ensuring graphics supported rather than overshadowed gameplay
Brand Adaptability: Ensuring the identity could extend into future merch, emotes, or additional graphics

Reflection
This project allowed me to combine branding, layout design, and digital graphics into a system tailored specifically for online streaming. It strengthened my understanding of designing for live content and reinforced my ability to create clean, creative visuals within functional constraints.
